Research with Users on visual displays

This workshop aimed to engage stakeholders of the IC3 building in a discussion about the services offered within the future Ellison Terrace Building, as well as the IC3 itself. Various design groups involved in the IC3 project participated to facilitate a comprehensive breakdown of the activities and services within the university. It was essential to recognize the physical space of the building and the intangible services that were currently utilized in other areas of the campus. Additionally, the workshop emphasized the unique characteristics and traits exhibited by each stakeholder coexisting within the IC3 project.

During the workshop, participants utilized specific tools to anchor their activities and requirements. These tools were categorized into areas such as tools, rooms, access, and miscellaneous aspects. The collected data was then thoroughly analyzed to gain insights into the necessary provisions for a shared built environment. By gathering and examining this information, the workshop aimed to inform the development of an inclusive and effective environment that met the diverse needs of the IC3 stakeholders.
